  • Should my skin be wet or dry?

    Damp. Water opens the pores and lets the adhesive bond properly - a strip applied to dry skin will not grip.

  • How long do I leave the strip on?

    10 to 15 minutes, until it has dried completely. The adhesive needs to harden before it can lift anything out.

  • How do I take it off?

    Peel slowly and steadily from one edge. You should see the lifted blackheads and oil on the underside of the strip.

  • Which product should I use?

    Use the 3D Mighty or Charcoal nose strips for the nose alone. Use the Full Face Charcoal Patch when you want to treat the nose, cheeks, forehead and chin in one session.

  • What does the activated charcoal do?
